Bergen Buhman

Bergen Buhman is the Vice President and General Manager of Vibrant IP. She is an experienced UX/UI designer, technical writer, and web developer with a strong background in product management, user experience, and digital innovation.  Her passion lies in helping inventors bring their ideas to life, ensuring they make a meaningful impact on the world.

Bergen holds a bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design and technical writing from Utah State University, along with a software development certificate from Bridgerland Technical College. She thrives on combining technical precision with innovative problem-solving to enhance product visibility and user experience.

Prior to joining Vibrant IP, Bergen worked as a UX/UI designer for FamilySearch, where she led user research, developed intuitive digital experiences, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality. Her work in front-end development and technical documentation has helped bridge the gap between complex technologies and user-friendly applications.

Like Vibrant IP, Bergen strives to make the world a better place by promoting life-saving technologies. She is passionate about using her skills in design, innovation, and communication to support visionary inventors in bringing transformative products to market.

Fluent in Spanish, Bergen spent 18 months living in Mexico, deepening her ability to connect with diverse teams and cultures. She currently resides in Utah with her husband, and enjoys mountain biking, running, and playing the piano.
