Because Vibrant IP is focused closing deals instead of preparing materials, we typically only recommend these additional services under unique circumstances or when requested in due diligence by prospective buyers or licensees.
We charge a reasonable $3,000 monthly fee (minimum 12-month commitment) which is returned to you up to the 25% commission we receive if your patents successfully transact. Others unable to match our service levels have requested advanced non-refundable payments that can range as high as $50,000 to $100,000 and a 30% or higher commission for complex portfolios.
