Because Vibrant IP is focused closing deals instead of preparing materials, we typically only recommend these additional services under unique circumstances or when requested in due diligence by prospective buyers or licensees.
While the total yearly compensation for a single full-time Business Development Executive can cost $237,584, Vibrant IP offers access to an entire team of IP marketing and transaction experts for just $36,000 annually.
We charge a reasonable $3,000 monthly fee (minimum 12-month commitment) which is returned to you up to the 25% commission we receive if your patents successfully transact. Others unable to match our service levels have requested advanced non-refundable payments that can range as high as $50,000 to $100,000 and a 30% or higher commission for complex portfolios. Our purpose for charging this monthly fee is to be able to focus on your portfolio with the adequate resources necessary to market and transact valuable technologies. $3,000 per month does not cover all of our expenses, since we deploy significant time, personnel, and resources to each project.

Before we even speak with a potential buyer, we invest significant time preparing for your project’s success.
